Lead Developer (Full-Stack)

Full-time · Lagos / Hybrid

Own feature delivery on Docket. You will work directly with the CTO on architecture, implementation, and shipping production code.

What we look for

Strong production experience with Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL (schema design, RLS, auth)
Comfort owning features end-to-end: design, build, test, deploy
Experience integrating payment providers (Paystack experience is a plus)
High standards for code quality, security, and testing

UI/UX Designer (Freelance / Contract)

Contract · Remote

Design product interfaces and marketing collateral for Docket, working within its established design system.

What we look for

Portfolio demonstrating shipped web or mobile product design
Fluency with modern design tooling and component-based design systems
Mobile-first instincts — our users are on phones, often on slow connections
Ability to work within an existing design system and extend it consistently
